Malta Film Foundation and Aġenzija Żgħażagħ are inviting all youth aged 16 - 30 to submit their work for Malta Youth Film Festival 2022 edition.
The festival is open to all film genres including animation, drama, thriller, music video, documentary and others.
The maximum duration of the film can be 10 min including subtitles.
The winner of Best Picture will have a chance to receive a prize of EURO 500 and take part in the Nordic Youth Film Festival in Tromso.
The shortlisted films can benefit by being awarded in the following categories:
Best Script
Best Direction
Most Original Concept
Best Acting
Best Cinematography
Public Choice Award
Best Picture

The Malta Youth Film Festival (MYFF) is organized by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ and the Malta Film Foundation.
The festival is also supported by the Malta Film Commission and the Parliamentary Secretariat for Youth, Sport and Voluntary Organisations.
